1. When do  you ship my item?

Order processing time is between 1~3 business days and is used to check your order for quality assurance, packing, printing of shipping labels, and forwarding it to our shipping company for dispatch. Once an order has been processed, it will be shipped out, and a tracking number will be made available to you. The processing time depending on the specific product with the average processing time being approximately 1-3days; and it can also be affected by the item's stock status.

2. When can I receive package after the payment?
Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time based on the shipping method you've chosen.

For example, if you order a dress, it will need 1~3 business days of processing time and then 7~21 business days of shipping time to delivery. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 7~24 business days.

And you can expect to receive your item in 5-10 business days if you contact us and willing to  take the shipping fee such as DHL or Fedex.

3. What shipping method do we use?
Our partners with major international shipping companies such as USPS, ePacket, AESS and EMS to offer. 

4. Shipping Charge
The shipping is Free for all over the world. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

5.I keep checking my tracking status and my order isn't moving ! What's going on?
When it comes to international shipping tracking updates are not always frequent or consistent. This is perfectly normal. It was some orders go without tracking updates for 30 days or more all the time. There are a few reasons for this, one is the order changes carriers sometimes several times which causes logistical delays. Another reason is simply that employees don't always scan the tracking barcodes as they should. We have even had packages arrive safe and sound to the customer without a single tracking update. That's pretty rare, but it has happened.

One of the most common reasons that your order is not moving is because it is being held by customs for inspections and such. This is completely random and just another aspect of international shipping.

 

Note for taxes:

For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

The super savings option will take 7 to 24 business days and the faster delivery will take 2 to 5 business days with extra 3 to 5 business days of processing time for every order .
